February 8, at the Bristol Hotel in Warsaw, was held the cocktail from the INSPIRATIONS & NETWORKING series, organized by the Inicjatywa Dwaie Życie Budynków. Event part was  the premiere of the Report: Revitalization and modernization in Poland. Over 150 guests have celebrated the publication of the first comprehensive study on real estate and cities in Poland that are gaining “a new life”.

The report is a 90 pages of knowledge, data and inspiration related to revitalization and modernization, which are implemented and planned in Poland. The study also included comments, both representatives of cities: Łódź and Warsaw, as well as experts from companies operating on the segment of giving buildings a second life. The main results of the report were presented during a short panel discussion. The publication was created thanks to the support of our Partners, including: Orange Properties, Deloitte, Łódź Special Economic Zone, City of Warsaw, Łódź, Cushman & Wakefiled, RD bud, Armstrong, Kuryłowicz & Associates, Okam Capital, Schoenherr, CSMM, JLL, Space Factory. The report will be available on our website from February 14, 2018.

INSPIRATIONS & NETWORKING cocktails are a series of meetings that aim not only at the exchange of knowledge, but also social gatherings, so in the second part of the evening, guests had the opportunity to talk and taste the cuisine of the Bristol hotel in the legendary Column Bar. The historical interior of the bar, designed by the Viennese Otto Wagner in 1900, is still considered one of the most sophisticated and prestigious spaces in Warsaw to this day. It is not without reason that our carnival cocktail was held here – nothing better creates a good atmosphere than the interior with history in the background.
